The Research Center for Architecture and Arts presented its research project “The Presence of the Architect and Architecture in the Kosova Society Today”

The Center for Architecture and Arts of AAB University presented the final results of its research project “The Presence of the Architect and Architecture in the Kosova Society Today”.

Valon Gërmizaj, head of the Research Center for Architecture and Arts said that the project aims the revealing of the general knowledge of the Kosova society concerning the work of an architect. First of all, he presented his research work by explaining the first steps and continued with the final results gained by the questionnaires which were distributed to the Kosova citizens. 

According to the research results one of the most liked buildings by the citizens is the government building of Kosova and Eliza Hoxha is the national architect who has projected most of the buildings in Kosova.
Ylber Vokshi, architect and a member of the Kosova Association discussed about architecture in general, its development in Kosova and the impact of architecture on the development of the society which was the topic of this research project.

The project “The Presence of the Architect and Architecture in the Kosova Society Today” was supported also by many other architects who think that one should continue realizing such projects.
