AAB – Riinvest University takes part at the 11th book exhibition 'Prishtina 2009'

Today, at the Palace of Culture, Youth and Sports in Prishtina at18:00 PM will be open the 11th edition of the book exhibition“Prishtina 2009” which is organized by the Association of KosovaPublishers.

At this exhibition will be representative about 100 publishing housesfrom Albania, Kosova, Macedonia, Europe and America, among themAAB-Riinvest University will also participate.

AAB – Riinvest University will take part with more than 30 book titlesfrom different fields, mainly publications from the last academic year.Special emphasis should be put on the fact that on the stand ofAAB-Riinvest University will be placed both numbers of theInternational Scientific Research Review “Thesis Kosova”, which seemsto be of high interest to the public.

Furthermore, all other publications of AAB-Riinvest University willbe offered to the readers to favorable prices, which will enable themto enrich their scientific academic libraries.

The solemn opening of the 11th exhibition will be done by the President of the Republic of Kosova, Fatmir Sejdiu.

 

The well wishers of books will have the possibility to be next to alarge variety of books, new publications in many different fields.

The exhibition will stay open from 3rd to 7th of June 2009.

Students of Economics Faculty were certified by NLB- Prishtina At AAB-Riinvest certificates were awarded to the students of Economics Faculty which have finished their placement at NLB Prishtina. The Conference“The War against Corruption in Kosova: From Words to Action” was held in AAB-Riinvest Seeing the issue of corruption as an emphasized problem in Kosovo the Faculty of Law in AAB-Riinvest organized this conference; therefore different opinions were given about fighting this phenomenon. Bojan Krizaj former world champion, trains the students of AAB-Riinvest University in skiing Third year students of the Physical Culture Faculty- AAB- Riinvest, during the next week will be staying in Brezovica for one week. The purpose of their stay is to maintain practical lectures of the subject “Skiing” that are obligatory for each student of this faculty. Graduation ceremony of the first-generation of the Faculty of Criminalistics Organized by the Faculty of Criminalistics, Criminology and Security Studies of the University of Sarajevo, today at AAB-RIINVEST University was held the ceremony of promotion and distribution of diplomas for the first generation of this faculty. On this occasion a large number of parents, students and numerous guests, had the opportunity to participate in the solemn ceremony organized for the graduates. The works to the Scientific Conference The Scientific Conference "Privatization of Public Enterprises in Kosovo - options, lessons, benefits and challenges" held today at AAB-RIINVEST, is the first scientific conference organized by AAB-RIINVEST after the integration of this university.
